Vindictus- The War for Erinn
Intro
Day and night the people wait for the so called Goddess Morrighan. Hmph. Such weakness hope is. We fight the fomors everyday of our lives! There is no hope for us. Erinn... Debating whether it exists or not won't save you from the things that are just waiting to bash your skull in. Poor kid, he never stood a chance alone. What was his name? Elli? Ellis? It realy doesn't matter. Morrighan or not, we are fighting a war. Hope doesn't matter here, only strength and skill...

Weapon: Gauntlets with runes inscribed in them. The runes are used to channel spiritual energy in order to coat them for extra damage depending on the energy used.
Ability:
Deadly Touch: When she makes physical contact with her bare hands, she has the ability to cause the blood in her enemy to boil and become volatile. This ability is currently uncontrollable.
Enchant Gauntlet: Not really a special ability, but rather a product of her channeled energy. By using her spiritual energy, she can not only coat the gauntlet in it, but also create specific "forms" of weaponry using the gauntlet as a base and the energy as a means to shape it. The shape and size of the created weapon is limited to Ruri's store of power and her familiarity with the specific form.

Weapon: Weighted Garrote Gloves (Enchanted) - For those unfamiliar with a garrote, it is an improvised cutting / strangling weapon that can be made out of rope, cloth, or (in this case) wire. These gloves were built to Ronan's specifications to allow him to wrap sharp wire around his targets from a range. Once the target is entangled in the razor-sharp wire, a sharp tug from the attacker is all that is required to cause the wire to cut through. His spiritual energy acts as an energy source to create the wire that is used. If Ronan attempts to produce too much within a short period of time, it is possible for him to put himself in a comatose state until his soul has recuperated.
Ability:
- Hell's Vines - Ronan's signature talent. By using his soul as an energy source and through the arcane mechanics of the gloves, it allows him to convert his spiritual energy into a solid, wire-like material. This thread is the main component of the weapon.
- Scarlet Spider - Ronan pours immense amounts of spiritual energy into the garrote gloves, creating 8 very thin and sharp wires. Each hand houses 4 of these "super-wires", which can be released at will by Ronan. Ronan swings all 8 wires in unison towards his target, shredding anything unfortunate enough to be caught within the onslaught of wire.

Ability: Balestra is but a child, born under an abnormal alignment of the stars, granting her powerful magic abilities since birth. For several years, Balestra was under the guidance of both Tieve and Brynn, learning the arts of Healing Magic. However, once Balestra's sister joined The Mercenaries, she wanted to follow in her footsteps. The Mercenaries took Balestra under their wing, and trained her in the arts of battle. Later, accumulating the knowledge of darker magic, she learned to take life rather than grant it. This clashing of worlds brought her to a mental split after her sister died at the hands of a Kobold. One side of her personality is calm, caring, and loving (her healing side); While the other is dark, merciless, and unforgiving (her battle side). At this point, Balestra fills the role of both a healer and a reaper on the battlefield. It is up to fate to decide her use in the ongoing bloodshed to come.
Balestra's two main abilities are "Life Blossom" and "Wretched Call". Blossom grants life to a dying or deceased party member, using the element of Earth. "Wretched Call" is given it's title for the awakening of her battle side, where her strength is unparalleled by her bloodlust.
