Does height matter?

Okay, so all of you probably know that the character creation screen included a sliding bar for height. In a little info bubble, it said that a taller person had a larger range, but slower attack speed. Likewise, a shorter person has short range, but faster attack speed.

Has anyone actually felt a difference...? I made two Fionas, one semi-tall and one the shortest possible, but I didn't feel all that... faster/slower.

Honestly, the change you would feel between a character at max hieght and minumum is very small. It is there but it isn't really felt.
