Ventrilo UPDATED!

Hey guys,

I have a friend's Ventrilo that he doesn't use much. A couple of guys occasionally hop on it and I don't really know them but I'm pretty sure we could use this for awhile until we figured out what we're going to do about voice chat. I'd rather not use the ingame voice, seeing as though it may dampen performance because of it utilizing more processes ingame. Ventrilo is kind of low-key and doesn't really add on that much, plus it's much easier to be organized.

An idea was to eventually accept donations (If approved by Psy) in order to fund a Ventrilo. I know at first most people will be kind of skeptical with the idea because the game really hasn't set forth yet and the guild hasn't put its feet down on the ground yet.. but it's better to plan ahead than be behind.

On an end note, I'd rather keep this topic spam free so please; only post if you have something regarding the topic and/or suggestions.

When creating a name for the Ventrilo Server, use the format like this:
Josh - [Simplify]
Eric - [Sour]
Ken - [Sect]
Anthony - [La0staz]

Parenthesis work as well instead of brackets, doesn't really matter.

It'll help us get to know everyone on a first name basis, and it looks organized as well.

with only a few ppl going to be in Vent, why not use X-fire?
